Improvements

Expanded Custom Reporting Capabilities

• Additional filtering options have been added to custom reports for Calls, Emails, Meetings, Tasks, Quotes, and Lanes.
• New filterable properties now include Created By, Category, Outcome, Type, Priority, and Status.
• These updates enable users and managers to generate highly targeted reports based on specific users, activity types, outcomes, and more — supporting deeper insights and better decision-making.

Expanded System Reporting Capabilities

• Users can now define custom date ranges across all system reports.
• This enhancement gives teams greater flexibility to analyze performance over any relevant period — from short-term activity to long-term trends.

Enhanced User Experience in Calls and Meetings

• The number of required fields has been reduced when logging Calls and Meetings.
• Users can now create and save a call or meeting by entering any one of the following: subject, summary, or outcome.
• This streamlining allows for quicker data entry while maintaining sufficient context and tracking.

Enhanced Workflow When Creating Companies and Contacts

• After creating a new Company or Contact, users are now automatically redirected to the newly created record.
• This improvement reduces friction in the user experience, allowing teams to act faster without additional clicks or steps.

LoadPlus Integration Enhancement

• When a new company is created in LoadPlus and synchronized with IFS SCRM, the assigned Sales Owner is automatically granted access to the company.
• If a Sales Owner is updated in LoadPlus, IFS SCRM automatically updates the Sales Owner field and grants the new owner access to the account.
• These enhancements ensure sales team access stays accurate and up-to-date — no manual reassignment or intervention required.
