Customer and Carriers’ Lane History

  • SCRM can now show Customer and Carriers’ Lane history under the top navigation Lanes tab.
  • Historical lanes information is automatically synchronized from your TMS into SCRM.
  • Some of the information displayed includes, but is not limited to, shipment date, load number, origin and destination, customer name, carrier name, and more.
  • This view can be filtered by Branch, Sales Owner(s), Customer Service Owner(s), Tracking Team Owner(s), Carrier Rep(s), and Date Range.
  • This feature is only available to users with an Advanced license.

Carrier Historical Lanes Tab

  • SCRM can now show historical lanes under each carrier account.
  • This new 'Lanes' tab is available under the Carrier account view.
  • Historical lanes information is automatically synchronized from your TMS into SCRM.
  • Some of the information displayed under the 'Lanes' tab includes, but is not limited to, shipment date, load number, origin and destination, customer name, and more.

Carrier Sync with LOADPlus Pro

  • SCRM can now synchronize carrier information with Freight Management Systems' (FMS) cloud TMS, LOADPlus Pro.
  • This feature is only available to users with LOADPlus Pro integration. Contact us if you are interested in integrating your TMS system with SCRM.

Improvements

  • When creating a new Carrier, the Sub-Type dropdown menu now includes Inland LTL, Inland FTL, Inland Dyarage, and Inland Intermodal options.
  • When creating a follow-up task, SCRM now displays a "Select a follow up type" indicator if the user fails to select a follow up type.
  • When creating a Company, users can now use the Tab key to navigate the drawer.
  • Task email reminders will no longer trigger if the task is completed before the due date.
