Activities Timeline

  • Users can now track when a company, contact, or quote was created or edited, including details on who made the change and when it occurred.
  • Updates to company, contact and quote fields are now logged, showing the previous value, new value, the user who made the change, and the timestamp.
  • All tracked changes are accessible from the activity tab within companies, contacts, and quotes.
  • Changes are organized in chronological order, allowing users to clearly follow the sequence of events for each entity.
  • New filters allow users to sort activities by action type and user, significantly enhancing traceability and accountability at the account, contact and quote management level.

Sales Owner Average Awarded Quote Size Report

  • A new report, “Sales Owner Average Awarded Quote Size,” has been added to the report library.
  • This report provides insights into the average awarded quote size for each sales owner, enabling managers and the sales team to identify successful strategies used by top performers and shape sales training accordingly.

Reports Enhancements

  • We’ve expanded the functionality across several existing system reports by adding frequency options, predefined date ranges, and custom date ranges for more flexible reporting.

Company List

  • The company list now includes a column that displays whether a company has configured automatic domain/email synchronization, eliminating the need to check each company individually. Users can add this column to their view as needed.

Quote Export Capabilities

  • Users with the necessary permissions can now export quotes from the quote list.
  • System administrators can configure quotes export permissions in the admin module.

 

Improvements

Quote Security

  • System Administrators now have the ability to control access to notes and tasks within quotes.
  • Administrators can define permissions to view, edit, and delete notes and tasks within quotes.

Pipeline & Quotes Filter Visualization

  • We've enhanced the pipeline and quotes filter experience for easier viewing and modification.
  • Users can now quickly see and adjust selected filters in both the pipeline and quotes list.

Calls

  • Users can now create a call within a company without selecting a specific contact, providing greater flexibility in call management.
