What's New?

Manage All Supply Chain Stakeholders

  • You can now create and manage all your supply chain stakeholders in SCRM, from agents, consignees, shippers, suppliers, carriers, and more.
  • Each stakeholder has a unique set of tabs and properties to manage them effectively.
  • Under Companies, you can filter the list by company type, such as customers, consignees, shippers, carriers, agents, and more.
  • Each company type view is independent and has unique and customizable columns depending on the selected stakeholder.

Carrier Management (Beta)

  • Now, you can manage your inland, ocean, and air carriers in SCRM.
  • Each carrier type has a unique set of tabs and properties to manage them effectively.
  • For inland carriers, you can get safety information in real-time from FMCSA. You can also manage their authorities and certs, equipment and services, insurance, and zones.
  • For air carriers, you can manage rates, insurance, and air waybills (AWB).
  • You can also track notes, calls, emails, tasks, meetings, contacts, and sites across all carrier types.

Note: If you’re interested in participating in the beta version of the carrier module, email us at sales@ifreightsystems.com or contact your account manager.

Dashboard Sticky Filter

  • SCRM can now remember the most recent filtered view in the Dashboard.
  • This effectively saves time by eliminating the need to repeatedly set a preferred view whenever a user goes out and back into the Dashboard.

Improvements

  • The default Dashboard to-do list is now sorted by the following order, ensuring that the most pressing tasks are surfaced first:
    1. Overdue
    2. Today
    3. Completed
    4. Upcoming
  • The following Reports can now be filtered by Date Range:
    • Lane Conversion by Customer
    • Sales Owners Average Awarded Lane Deal Size
    • Customer Service Owners Detail Performance
    • Sales Owners Detail Performance
  • The default view of Reports now only shows the average data (no individual item is selected) while also featuring a “Select All” toggle to show all data.
  • When creating Activities, the Category field is now optional.
