Pin Functionality in Notes under Companies, Contacts, and Quotes Tab

  • Users can now pin notes inside the companies.
  • Pinned notes will prominently appear at the top under the Notes section.
  • The pinned notes will also be visible under the Activities section in the Quotes and Companies tab, ensuring important notes are easily accessible across relevant sections.

Call Functionality in Quote Tab

  • Users can now call directly from the Quotes section to the contact associated with the quote.
  • SCRM also allows users to initiate calls in the Companies tab. This enhances the communication of the users within the SCRM platform.

Customer Contact and Quote Edit form

  • This function allows the user to configure the position of the fields.
  •  Users can also hide fields depending on their configuration.

Single Quote View

  • SCRM can now provide users with a new Quote view. This consolidates quotes with multiple lanes into a single view quote.

Report Dropdown with Search

  • Under the Reports tab, a drop-down search functionality now allows users to search and find reports easily without having to go back to the Reports tab.

 

Improvements

  • We have added a 'Select All' feature to the Customer and Contact lists. This enhancement allows users to select all entries and edit records in bulk. Changes are reflected across selected records.
  • Users can attach and upload presentations within the attachment tab.
  • For domains, users can now use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.
  • We have enhanced the security profiles to include access options to specific user roles for the following:
    • Lists
    • Forms
    • Activities
    • Quotes
    • Notes
    • Calls
    • Emails
    • Tasks
  • Descriptions have been updated to explain the purpose of default reports.
  • The first iteration of the new Excel view framework has been implemented to improve the efficiency (loading time) of the different lists within the system.
