What's New?

Reports

• Users now have access to reports that let them obtain deep insights into their organization's sales activities.
• This new feature will launch with the report - Sales Owners Detail Performance, with more reports and functionalities coming soon.
  • The Sales Owners Detail Performance will allow companies to understand how each salesperson's efforts directly impact revenues, gross profits, and gross profit margins.
• Admins will be able to define users’ security levels for reports.
• Reports are available for all SCRM license tiers, including free.

Locations

• Users can now create and store all shippers' and consignees' sites.
• In a future update, locations will be used to tender loads from SCRM.
• Admins will be able to define users' security levels for locations.
• Locations are available for all SCRM license tiers, including free.

Improvements

• FCL quotes now have print, preview, email, and download functionalities.
• FCL quotes now show in contacts and companies' quote and activity tabs.
• FCL quotes now populate in email templates via tokens.
• FCL and LCL quotes now appear in global search results.
• Email line spacing in SCRM was fixed to match standard line spacing.
• Last Contacted Date and Days fields in customer and company forms now consider emails.
• Fields that use quote data, such as Last Quote Date or Last Awd. Mode, now consider LCL and FCL quotes.
