Custom Reports

Introducing Custom Reports—a powerful new feature that enables users to create tailored reports with unprecedented ease and flexibility.

  • Initial Capabilities:
    Users can now create custom reports specifically for Calls, with more data sources and properties to be added in future releases.
  • Permissions Management:
    Define who can modify, delete, or view each custom report.
  • Data Source Selection:
    Choose the data source (e.g., activities, notes, calls, meetings, email, quotes) and specific properties to include in your reports.
  • Measurement & Frequency Options:
    Configure metrics such as count or average, and define the frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
  • Visualizations:
    Select from a range of charts, graphs, or legacy data grids/tables for intuitive or raw data representation. Combine visual elements for comprehensive reporting.
  • Real-Time Preview:
    As users build a report, the system generates a real-time preview, providing immediate visibility into the final output.
  • Custom Reports Security:
    Administrators can now define which users are allowed to create custom reports via Admin Module > Users & Security > Security Groups > Access Levels.

 

Improvements:

Performance Enhancements:

  • Improved loading times for all list views across the application.
  • Enhanced system stability, responsiveness, and cybersecurity protections.

Expanded Reporting Options:

Added custom date range and frequency options to the following reports:

  • Sales Owner Details Performance
  • Awarded Lanes by Customer
  • Lane Conversion by Customer
  • Customer Service Owner Details Performance

Note: Two reports remain to be updated and will be included in the next release.

Account Access Tracking:

  • Under Company Settings > General Settings > Account Access, users can now track account access details, including user roles.

Automated Access Configuration:

  • Under Admin Module > Users & Security > Security Groups > Access Levels, system administrators can automatically grant access to key team members (e.g., managers, CEOs, owners) for all accounts, streamlining account access management.

Simplified Ownership & Visibility Management:

  • Report owners and administrators can now manage ownership and visibility directly from each report’s general settings.

Sales Owner Activities Report Enhancements:

  • Track additional metrics such as tasks and meetings completed by Sales Owners, alongside calls, emails, and meetings.
