We started IFS because we saw the need for affordable, specialized, and advanced software solutions for supply chain, 3PL, and transportation companies.
We started with engineering a specialized CRM because we identified that it has an immediate need. Often, CRMs available in the market are made to support all industries, restricting expensive and resource-intensive customization to enterprise-level companies only. We started IFS to break this barrier.
With more than thirty-five years of experience in the transportation and technology industry, we are confident we can engineer software solutions that deliver value to our customers. Here’s some of our seasoned members that lead our innovative team.
Hector Sunol is the co-founder and CEO of IFS. He's responsible for outlining the company's vision together with IFS’ management and investor team as well as defining business strategies. Hector is the product owner behind Integrated Freight Systems.
Hector is also the co-founder of Cyzerg, a technology company specializing in innovating software solutions for warehouses and DCs. Prior to IFS and Cyzerg, Hector was the senior director of technical operations at an e-commerce website with more than one million transactions per month and an average of 42,000 transactions per day. Under this role, he was responsible for the operations of the e-commerce site and all the technology infrastructure behind it.
Hector earned an MBA with a focus on management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Hector also earned two Associate degrees with highest honors and holds Cisco, Microsoft, and CompTIA certifications.
In 2013, Hector founded a computer training class at the Broward Outreach Center (homeless shelter) to teach computer repair to the homeless. He also provided academic career and college support to minority students with a high dropout rate for two consecutive years as a Student Mentor in the Single Stop USA Program of Miami Dade College.
Alyssa Wright is the sales manager of IFS, reporting directly to CEO Hector Sunol.
She's responsible for generating new business for the company and collecting the needs of the industry for the product development team. Alyssa is also essential in the company's vision to help small and mid-size businesses compete by providing a product that satisfies their needs and offering educational insights.
Since an early age, Alyssa has been heavily influenced by her family in the logistics industry. During her freshman years, she worked as a customer service representative for one of Florida's largest private freight brokers, providing her first-hand knowledge and experience in the industry.
Alyssa holds a bachelor's in Marketing from Florida State University and a master's in Business Administration.
Cristobal Pascual is the co-founder and chief product officer of IFS, reporting directly to CEO Hector Sunol.
Cristobal is responsible for aligning stakeholders with the vision and goals of IFS’ products. He spearheaded the creation of a framework that allowed the company to consistently deliver development sprints effectively, on time, and within customers' expectations.
Prior to IFS, Cristobal was a lead system administrator for an e-commerce website with more than one million transactions per month. He fully managed the company’s server environment from QA to production, implementing proactive management strategies to minimize downtimes.
Cristobal earned a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering and holds Scrum Master, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, and CompTIA certifications.
