Miami, Florida – Today, Integrated Freight Systems (IFS) officially announced the successful integration of Supply Chain Relationship Management (SCRM) with Google Gmail. This integration gives Gmail users complete visibility of email exchanges with leads and customers as it automatically synchronizes and organizes their emails in SCRM.

“Logistics companies that rely on Gmail and its application are experiencing fragmented communications with leads and customers since their emails are siloed in each team member’s inbox,” said Cristobal Pascual, Chief Product Officer of IFS. He further added, “to address this challenge, SCRM has been integrated with Google Gmail, allowing users to access all email exchanges of team members with leads and customers in one application.”

Through this integration, all sent and received emails with leads and customers are automatically synchronized and categorized under each respective contact and company. This improved experience provides teams complete visibility into customer interactions, improving team collaboration and client communication.

The integration also streamlines the process of sending emails, as users can now send emails directly from SCRM. This particularly benefits the quoting process, as SCRM features a built-in logistics quoting tool. Instead of the traditional multi-application and tedious approach of sending quotes, users can now generate a professional quote and promptly send it within the same application. This expedites the quoting process for 3PL sales teams, which increases the chance of securing loads, and maintains a record of emailed quotes within SCRM.

IFS is working to natively integrate more logistics applications in the future. If you have any recommended applications to integrate with SCRM, contact us.
