This integration gives Gmail users complete visibility of email exchanges with leads and customers as it automatically synchronizes and organizes their emails in SCRM.

This particularly benefits the quoting process, as SCRM features a built-in logistics quoting tool. Instead of the traditional multi-application and tedious approach of sending quotes, users can now generate a professional quote and promptly send it within the same application. This expedites the quoting process for 3PL sales teams, which increases the chance of securing loads, and maintains a record of emailed quotes within SCRM.
